Sharon Keilthy

Co-founder and Eco-Toy Activist in Chief

A mechanical engineer, accomplished McKinsey & Co management consultant, serial entrepreneur, and mother, the 2018 IPCC report on climate change made Sharon reframe herself as an environmental activist. She found her focus in toys and founded Jiminy Eco Toys, the world’s first eco-activist toy store, in Ireland in 2018.

To date Jiminy has empowered 15,000 people to choose a toy that delights both child and planet, providing over €2 million retail value of climate-neutral, minimal-waste toys.

Sharon has learned a lot about the practicalities of sourcing and selling sustainable toys! She was a speaker at Spielwarenmesse 2023, sits on the (American) Toy Association Sustainability Committee, co-founded the WiT Sustainability Learning Community, and lectures on sustainability to toy design students at Otis College Los Angeles.

Harald Kaeb

Co-founder and Polymers Mastermind

Accomplished independent business consultant in the fields of biobased and circular materials determined to use his more than 25 year experience to end the age of fossil fuels in the material industry. 

Harald is the founder and CEO of Narocon Innovation Consulting and has shaped the European Bioplastics industry organisation for more than 10 years and is a knowledge and sparring partner to support large and smaller industries and companies developing, producing, marketing or using more sustainable polymers, plastics and materials.

After hundreds of presentations, workshops and trainings he still loves to communicate and find solutions.

Harald started the bioTOY conference because he is the biggest fan of more sustainable toys and children with great perspectives.

Sonia Sánchez

Co-founder and Sustainability Strategy Mastermind

Passionate about the power of sustainability to elevate brands and toys’ potential for positive impact, Sonia founded Impact & Sustainability Consultancy to simplify and accelerate the sustainability journey for toy companies. She has helped numerous toy makers develop and implement sustainability strategies.

Sonia is an expert in sustainability strategy and circular economy, an experienced speaker and sustainability trainer, and a B-Corp catalyst. She is the author of “Changing the World, TOY BY TOY” and, in a past life, was product manager at a leading children's products company in Spain.

Partner & Sustainable Brand-Builder

With his company Fun2Give, Arco is a real fore-fighter of eco-toys. 

As the owner of the toy brands Re-Cycle-Me, Pop it Up, Retr-Oh! and Green Warriors, he builds his own brands, but he’s also actively involved with several other eco-minded toy brands such as Dantoy. 

Valued with a worldwide network in retail, toy companies & sourcing and an extensive track record, Arco can actively help build more sustainable companies for a better future. 

While the owner of toy brands himself, he understands the necessity and challenges well. He speaks the same language and calls himself a real action consultant. He is committed to making the toy world more sustainable. 

As a young father of two boys, his ambition to improve the world through eco-friendly toys has only become more prominent.

After several meetings, Arco found out he really shares the vision of Sharon, Harald & Sonia and is delighted to join their mission at STAC.
